NEET 2020 cutoff lowered for AYUSH counselling; Check details here

Candidates must note that NEET 2020 cut off for general category candidates has been reduced to 40th percentile. While for SC/ST/OBC and PH students, it is now 30th and 35th percentile, respectively.

AYUSH NEET Counselling 2020: The Ministry of Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy (abbreviated as AYUSH) has announced that it has reduced the NEET 2020 cut-off percentile for admission to undergraduate Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani and Homeopathy (ASU and H) courses. In an official notification, the reduced NEET cutoff 2020 for admission to AYUSH courses will be valid for central and state-wise admissions. The AYUSH ministry has reduced the NEET 2020 cutoff percentile after it had received requests from several students. 

Candidates must note that NEET 2020 cut off for general category candidates has been reduced to 40th percentile. While for SC/ST/OBC and PH students, it is now 30th and 35th percentile, respectively.

Earlier, the AYUSH Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC) had released a revised schedule for mop-up round counselling for AYUSH admissions. Interested candidates must note that AYUSH Admissions Central Counselling Committee (AACCC) will begin registration online. The registration for admission to AYUSH NEET Counselling 2020 will begin on January 19, 2021. The state admissions to ASU&H courses will also be conducted on the basis of reduced NEET-UG percentile.

NEET 2020 percentile: Admission based on reduced NEET 2020 percentile

Candidates must note that the admission to AYUSH courses will be based on the revised NEET 2020 cut off percentile. The AACCC and respective state counselling authorities will use reduced NEET cutoff percentile for admission to AYUSH courses. The reduced NEET 2020 cutoff is only applicable for the current academic year.
