NEET 2020/JEE Main Postponement: Students Protest by Burning their Admit Cards
As a sign of protest against those who claim that downloading the admit card of NEET/JEE Main is an indication of the willingness to appear for the examination, students burn their admit cards and post pictures.
As the exam day approaches, students take their protests to the next level. In an attempt to pressurise the authorities to postpone the two major national entrance tests of India, students burn their admit cards and upload the pictures online.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) in its notification dated August 25 clarified that both, JEE Main 2020 and NEET 2020, will be conducted on the scheduled dates in September. NTA emphasised that the decision was in accordance to the judgement of the Supreme Court and will look after the academic interests of the students.
