NEET 2020: NTA launches Abhyas App for mobile, know details here
Another initiative by NTA to help those preparing for NEET 2020, the Abhyas App. Android version of the App can now be downloaded from Google Playstore.
Owing to the COVID-19 situation in India and its impact on those preparing for NEET 2020, the Union Minister for HRD had proposed the creation of an Application that could help these students prepare well for the examination. In response to this, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has launched the ‘National Test Abhyas’ application for mobile phones. With the help of the Abyaas App, students will be able to access full mock tests for NEET 2020 anytime and from anywhere. NTA has launched the Android version of the application, for now, the iOS version is expected to be out soon.
Abhyas App: The features
- NEET 2020 aspirants can download the Abhyas App on their mobile phones
- They can download the NEET mock test on their phone and attempt it later, at their convenience
- The App does not require a steady internet connection, thus, making it equally accessible to the NEET 2020 aspirants staying in remote locations
- Each mock test will have a timer set for 3 hours
- Upon completion of the test, Abhyas App will give a detailed report card of the test
- For the incorrect answers, students will get a detailed explanation of why the answer was incorrect and what must have been the approach for the said question
- After a student solves 5 or more mock tests, they will get access to a detailed analysis of these tests
- The analysis will reflect the time taken to attempt each section, and will also highlight the weaknesses such as spending too much or too little time on a section/question
