DU NCWEB Admissions 2022: Registration process begins, apply on or before July 25
Admissions to NCWEB, which offers BA (programme) and BCom, will be merit-based and candidates will be eligible to take admission in all the colleges and programmes provided they satisfy the cut-off of the colleges and eligibility for the selected programmes.
DU NCWEB Admissions 2022: Delhi University's Non-Collegiate Women's Education Board (NCWEB) has started the registration process for the academic year 2022-23. Though the admissions to NVWEB will be on the basis of the Class 12th board results, the registration process will end on July 25.
"Admissions to NCWEB, which offers BA (programme) and BCom, will be merit-based and candidates will be eligible to take admission in all the colleges and programmes provided they satisfy the cut-off of the colleges and eligibility for the selected programmes," the university said.
It must be noted that the Delhi University Admissions 2022 for all the undergraduate courses will be done through the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) 2022 score, the admissions to the Delhi University's School of Open Learning, NCWEB and foreign nationals will not be based on the same.
While speaking to TimesNow, the merit will be on the basis of the score obtained in one language and three best academic or elective subjects. Over 25 colleges across the varsity offer various combinations of subjects for those applying to NCWEB.
“Aspirants are required to register themselves on the online portal. The portal caters to the registration of women candidates seeking admission to undergraduate programmes at NCWEB. Candidates registering on the admission portal shall be considered for admission on merit-based courses for NCWEB only, subject to the eligibility. Aspirants are advised to not wait for the last day of registration to pay the fee and complete their online registration,” an official explained.
Earlier, the National Testing Agency (NTA) had extended the registration and correction window of online applications for the DU CUET UG 2022 to June 26, up to 11:50 pm.
