The PIL filed by CA students, advocating for the postponement of the upcoming Chartered Accountancy (CA) examinations, has gained substantial attention, highlighting the clash between exam schedules and the democratic process.

Led by Chief Justice of India, DY Chandrachud, alongside Justices JB Pardiwala and Manoj Mishra, the distinguished bench will address the concerns raised by CA students regarding their constitutional right to vote amidst the impending CA exams scheduled to commence from May 2nd.

The PIL underscores the mounting pressure faced by CA students, citing the need for a conducive environment for effective exam preparation while exercising their democratic rights.
