AIIA to organise Nurses Awareness Week

All India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIA) is organising Nurses Awareness Week with activities including a patient awareness program, skill enhancement program, cultural activities, etc.

With the international nurses day nearing on May 12, 2022, the All India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIA) is organising Nurses Awareness Week.

AIIA tweet reads, "In the run-up to #InternationalNursesDay, AIIA is organising Nurses Awareness Week. The action-filled week will see activities such as patient awareness program, skill enhancement program, cultural activities, etc.#AIIAhonoursnurses."

 

Another tweet by AIIA says, "To celebrate the spirit of selfless service in nurses and to honour their expertise, @AIIA_NDelhi is organising several sports competitions at the institute for the upcoming #InternationalNursesDay on May 12.#FrontLineWorkers"

The institute has recently organised a free medical health camp cum consultation & free medicine distribution at Tihar Jail, New Delhi in association with the People’s Foundation. As per the institute, the camp benefited over 170 patients.

AIIA Admission in PhD programme 2022-23

The shortlisted candidates for the AIIA PhD program are called for document verification on May 9, 2022, at reporting time of 9:30 am. The documents will be verified at 10 am at the Committee Room, Academic Block, AIIA, New Delhi. 

The candidates are requested to bring all essential documents in original and two sets of xerox of the same. The candidates will be given 20 days from the date of document verification to join the PhD course failing which may result in rejection of the candidature, as said by the official notification.
