AIIMS Delhi has invited online applications for the tenure posts of Senior Residents/Senior Demonstrators for a maximum period of up to 3 years.

All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Delhi has invited online applications from Indian Citizens as per the Govt. of India Residency Scheme, for the tenure posts of Senior Residents/Senior Demonstrators for a maximum period of up to 3 years. 

These posts include existing vacant posts, backlog vacancies of SC, ST, and OBC and the posts which are likely to fall vacant in Stage-I between January 1, 2023, to June 30, 2022.

The online registration started on October 19, 2022, and will end on November 3, 2022, at 5 pm (Thursday). 

AIIMS will upload the status of the application whether accepted or rejected with reasons on November 7, 2022. The last date for submission of required documents and images for regularization of rejected applications will be done latest by November 10 and after that, no correspondence will be entertained under any circumstance. 

The finalization of centres and allotment of roll numbers and uploading of Admit Cards on the website is scheduled for November 12, 2022.

The date of the examination is November 20, 2022, and the duration of the exam will be 10 am to 11:30 am. The result for stage 1 is expected by November 23, 2022. The date of the interview will be informed with the results.

For detailed eligibility requirements, the candidates need to visit the AIIMS official website -aiimsexams.ac.in.

The registration application fee for the General/OBC Category is INR 3000 + transaction charges as applicable, for SC/ST/EWS Category - INR 2400 + transaction charges as applicable and for persons with benchmark disabilities (PWBD) candidates, they are exempted from payment of any fee.

Pay Scale Details

For medical candidates INR 18,750+6600 (Grade Pay)+NPA plus other usual allowances or revised pay scale as per 7th CPC as applicable. In the Pay of Level 11 of Pay Matrix (Pre-revised pay Band-3 with the entry Pay of INR 67700.

For non-medical candidates M.Sc. with PhD. INR 56100 in level 10 under 7th CPC plus other usual allowances, for the post of Senior Demonstrators in Medical Physics & Biotechnology (those with M.Sc.) of INR 12090 + INR 4200 (Grade Pay) plus other usual allowance.
