CDOE, JMI: Admission open for one year Urdu language course

The admission form for a year Urdu language course in Hindi or English Medium is available at the official website - https://jmi.ac.in/upload/menuupload/uccform.pdf.

The Centre for Distance & Online Education (CDOE), Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) invited applications for one one-year Urdu language course in Hindi or English Medium. Admissions are open throughout the year. 

Admission Forms and a detailed prospectus can be obtained from the office of the Hony. Director, Urdu Correspondence Course, Centre for Distance & Online Education, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi-110025 by sending a self-addressed 24x12 cm envelope duly stamped with Rs.10/- postage stamp.

Course fee for one year Urdu language course at CDOE, JMI

Following are the details of the fee for the course- the Enrolment Fee within India is INR 500/-, for Foreigners (SAARC Countries), it is US $ 20, and for Other Countries, it is US $ 50· No Tuition Fee is charged for the course.

JMI hosts a delegation of 17th Tibetan Parliament-In-Exile

The Nelson Mandela Centre for Peace and Conflict Resolution (NMCPCR), Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) organised an interactive session with a three-member delegation of the 17th Tibetan Parliament-In-Exile on December 7, 2023 at 4.00 PM. 

As per the JMI's official statement, the programme was attended by an enthusiastic audience that included the faculty members, scholars and students of the various departments of JMI. The session was chaired by Prof. Md. Mahtab Alam Rizvi, Director, NMCPCR with the Vice Chancellor of Jamia Millia Islamia, Prof. Eqbal Hussain as the Chief Guest.
