CBSE Board Exam 2025 Stress Management: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the commencement of the 2025 board exams for classes 10 and 12. According to CBSE Date Sheet 2025, CBSE 10th Board Exam 2025 will be conducted from February 15 to March 18, meanwhile, CBSE 12th Board Exams 2025 will be conducted from February 15 to April 8, 2025. With a focus on reducing stress and providing academic support for students, the board has launched CBSE Board Exam 2025 Tele-consultation services. To aid students in their board exam preparation and alleviate exam-related anxiety, CBSE has announced a free tele-consultation service starting December 25, 2024. This initiative aims to guide students through stress-free exam preparation with the help of skilled counselors who will address students’ concerns and provide expert advice.

Reducing CBSE Board Exam 2025 Stress with Expert Guidance

The upcoming board exams have led to considerable stress for both students and parents, with the pressure to perform at their best. To reduce this stress, the tele-consultation service will offer personalized guidance. Students will be able to interact with CBSE's trained counselors and receive advice on topics such as how to prepare for the exams, which topics to prioritize, and how to tackle difficult subjects. This service will provide students with the support they need to navigate the challenges of exam preparation. CBSE Practical Exams 2025 to Begin on January 1, 2025

CBSE’s practical examinations for classes 10 and 12 will begin on January 1, 2025, and the written exams will start from February 15, 2025. In addition to the tele-consultation service, CBSE will also provide a 24-hour voice response system. This facility will allow students to receive answers to their questions through keypad input, making it easier for them to get timely information. Furthermore, the board will upload podcasts aimed at helping students relax and manage exam-related stress. These podcasts will focus on strategies to handle anxiety, improve focus, and maintain a balanced approach to studies.

The tele-consultation service, along with the other resources, is designed to provide comprehensive support for students preparing for their board exams.
