All single-shift schools in the state will operate from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm. Students and parents must note that the double shift schools will operate from first shift- 7:55 am to 12:30 pm and the second shift will be from 12:40 pm to 5:15 pm.

Haryana School Timings Revised! Directorate of Education, Haryana has revised the school timings for schools across the state from November 15. According to  the new timings, all schools in the state will have to open and close schools at the same time from November 15, 2023.

All single-shift schools in the state will operate from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm. Students and parents must note that the double shift schools will operate from first shift- 7:55 am to 12:30 pm and the second shift will be from 12:40 pm to 5:15 pm.

The administration of Gurugram has suspended all classes from nursery to class five till further orders. The decision has been taken to protect school children from rising pollution in NCR.  The Education Department has written a letter to all the District Education Officers and District Fundamental Officers of the state and instructed them to implement it. Earlier, in view of the increasing pollution, schools in many districts in the state were closed.

Faridabad's Deputy Commissioner Vikram Singh has also ordered to close all schools from Class 1 to 5 from November 7 to 12, 2023. Meanwhile, the Delhi government has announced early winter break for the schools in the capital from November 9 to 19 amid severe air pollution being observed in the city.
