The State Education Department, in conjunction with district education officers (DEOs), has been tasked with ensuring the adherence of school teachers to this mandatory training. A letter issued by S Siddhartha, Additional Chief Secretary of the Education department, emphasized the importance of attendance at these training programs. It noted that despite repeated instructions, a significant number of government teachers have yet to attend these sessions.

These training sessions aim to equip teachers with innovative educational techniques and practices, ensuring their continuous professional development.
