The last date to apply for JNV lateral entry is November 15. Students seeking admission to Class 9, 11 can apply for JNV lateral entry through the official website, navodaya.gov.in. The admissions will be based on the JNV Lateral Entry Selection Test. Meanwhile, the JNV Lateral Entry Selection Test for Classes 9 and 11 is scheduled to be held on February 10, 2024. Earlier, the last date to apply was October 31.

JNV Class 11 Admissions 2024: Eligibility Criteria

Students should have passed the Class 10 exam from the Central Board of Secondary Education, state board, and other recognized boards. The minimum age to apply is 15 years and the upper age limit is 17 years. The NVS Class 11 merit list is prepared based on marks obtained by the applicants in Class 10 board exams and the availability of seats in the concerned NVS.

JNV Class 9 Admissions 2024: Eligibility Criteria

Students lawfully residing in the district where the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya is operating, and who are enrolled in Class 8 during the academic year 2024–2024 at one of the government- or government-recognized schools in that district, are eligible to apply.
