To ensure efficient coordination, the Director of School Education (Secondary) Punjab has designated all Deputy District Education Officers as nodal officers. These officers, in collaboration with school heads, will escort students listed by the department to Punjab Raj Bhavan and organize their return. Travel expenses for the students may be covered from the school's consolidated fund. Attendance at the event requires students to be in their school uniforms and carry their identity cards.
To facilitate the attendance of students at the Samagam at Raj Bhavan, the nodal officer will group nearby schools within the district and assign responsible male and female teachers. For schools located farther away, one teacher per school will be designated. These teachers will accompany students to the Samagam, carrying their respective school ID cards. The District Education Officer will submit the list of these teachers to the department's email ID. It is mandatory for a female teacher to accompany girl students.
Students, along with their assigned teachers, are required to assemble at Gate No. 2 of Guru Nanak Dev Auditorium, Punjab Raj Bhavan, Sector 6, Chandigarh, on July 16 at 10:30 am. Due to limited seating capacity, parents of students will not be permitted to attend the Samagam.
