UP Board has released the application forms for the scholarship for the academic year 2020-21. Know where and how to apply.
Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has released the application forms for the scholarship for the academic year 2020-21. Students who wish to apply for the scholarship can do so by visiting the National Scholarships Portal; i.e. scholarships.gov.in. As per the Ministry of Education 11,460, UP Board students will be receiving the scholarships this year. However, the scholarship will be applicable to only those students who have a family income less than 8 lakh per annum.
To get a scholarship, the students need 334/500 in the Science stream, 313/500 in the Commerce field and 304/500 in Humanities. The students of science- Group B, Commerce- Group C and Humanities- Group A would get scholarships in the ratio of 3:2:1. The Board had begun the application process on August 16 and students can apply on or before October 31, 2020.

- Go to the official website of National Scholarships scholarship.gov.in
- Go to the link that reads scholarships 2020 on the homepage
- Go to the UP Board scholarship form
- Fill in the required details
- Submit the detailed application form duly filled along with the income certificate of the family
- Keep a copy of the form for future reference
This year a total of 27, 72,656 students appeared for the UP 10th Board Examination. Out of the total, 23, 09,802 students passed the exam. The overall pass percentage this year was 83.31 in UP Board 10th Result 2020. Riya Jain from Bhagpat topped the class 10 with 96.67 per cent marks. Abhimanyu Verma from Lakhpera scored the second spot with 95.53 per cent. The third rank is obtained by Yogesh Pratap Singh with 95.33 per cent.
For UP 12th Board Examination, a total of 25, 86, 339 students appeared for the exam. Out of these, 18,08, 414 students have passed. This year, a pass percentage of 74.64 has been recorded in UP Board 12th Result 2020 against last year's 70.2 per cent. Anurag Malik has topped the UP Board Class 12 examinations with 97 per cent marks.
