IIHMR University partners with ICMR-NIIRNCD to enhance Healthcare Research & Education

The agreement between IIHMR University and ICMR—National Institute for Implementation Research—highlights a shared commitment to establish a synergistic relationship focused on joint research initiatives, the development of enhanced educational programs, and the creation of scientific applications.

IIHMR University has officially entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the ICMR - National Institute for Implementation Research on Non-Communicable Diseases (ICMR-NIIRNCD) in Jodhpur. This partnership aims to foster collaboration in research, education, and the exchange of scientific knowledge, enhancing both institutions' capabilities in tackling public health challenges.

Objectives of the Partnership

The agreement highlights a shared commitment to establish a synergistic relationship focused on joint research initiatives, the development of enhanced educational programs, and the creation of scientific applications. By leveraging their respective expertise, IIHMR University and ICMR-NIIRNCD seek to make significant strides in the field of non-communicable diseases (NCDs).

Dr. P.R. Sodani, President of IIHMR University, emphasized the importance of this collaboration, stating, “We will explore opportunities in joint research and technology projects, as well as joint postgraduate degree and certificate programs. Our combined efforts will empower the next generation of healthcare professionals through a collaborative approach to education and knowledge exchange.”
