IIM Indore to host i5 Summit 2022 from August 19 to 21

This year, Professor Aswath Damodaran, Professor of Finance, New York University, will also join the event live from California on August 19, 2022. 

Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore and Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Indore are all set to host the eighth edition of the i5 Summit between August 19 and August 21, 2022. Ranging from workshops, panel discussions, and guest speakers to the marquee event “Get Funded” through which the best start-ups get funded and recognized, the i5 summit has left no stone unturned in the past seven editions that have been attended by 1200+ participants every year, the official statement shared by IIM Indore said.

The i5 Summit has lined up some exciting guests for the series, namely, Juhi Sharma (Founder and CEO, Light Up), Meenu Singhal (VP and Global Distribution Head, Schneider Electric), Rohit Pareek (CFO & Head CorpDev, GOQii), Alok Bansal (Co-founder, Policybazaar), Samar Singla (Founder, Jungleworks Jugnoo). Also, this year, Professor Aswath Damodaran, Professor of Finance, New York University, will join the event live from California on August 19, 2022, IIM Indore said.

The summit will also witness a panel discussion by industry stalwarts, professors, and entrepreneurs in a single arena to discuss, debate, and throw some light on the latest contextually relevant topics of the entrepreneurial world. The panelists will share their knowledge and answer some of the questions the audience will pose.

The summit also boasts of its flagship event, “Get Funded”, which provides a platform for budding entrepreneurs to simultaneously present their ideas to more than 10 VC houses and learn from their experiences.

Additionally, Start-up Expo is an exhibition event where the registered start-ups showcase their products, services, or ideas to the experts, the participants, and the audience of the summit. The start-ups are provided a platform through this way to express their ideas and get publicized by both regional and national media houses.

The institute statement further added, “Chai Pe Charcha”, another flagship event of the Summit, is a must-attend for some life-changing insights. This event, designed especially for budding entrepreneurs, gives a platform for them to discuss with some of the successful names in the industry. The entrepreneurs will get an opportunity to interact and network with investors, pitch their ideas, make contacts, network with many industry giants, and gain new perspectives about their ideas.
