Candidates must note that several seats are still lying vacant across programmes in both the reserved and general categories. AUD Admissions 2022: Ambedkar University Delhi (AUD) is holding a special drive for admission to various of its undergraduate courses. The Varsity is now giving a chance to all those students who had missed the chance to register on the AUD portal.
While speaking to TOI, AUD vice-chancellor Anu Singh Lather said "aspirants who have cleared the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) are eligible to apply in this round, irrespective of whether they had initially selected AUD as an option on the National Testing Agency (NTA) portal."
"This is the spot round. We are inviting students who appeared for CUET but might not have got a chance to register with us. Initially, either they registered on the NTA portal and did not select AUD as an option, or they might not have registered but are interested in our programmes," Singh said.
She further said that the dates have not been fixed yet for closing the undergraduate admission process, it is likely that it will continue for another week. As per the norms laid out by the University earlier, the aspirants were required to apply on both the NTA and AUD portals to be eligible for admission to the varsity. After registering for CUET on the NTA portal, aspirants were required to register on the university portal with relevant details.
