The new entrance exam, Common Engineering Entrance Test for Admission Postgraduate (CEETA PG), will be conducted by the varsity on behalf of the Tamil Nadu government. CEETA PG 2023 will be held on March 26.
Anna University has announced a new admission process for some of its postgraduate courses. The varsity has introduced a new entrance test for admission to ME, MTech, MArch and MPlan programmes.
The new entrance exam, Common Engineering Entrance Test for Admission Postgraduate (CEETA PG), will be conducted by the varsity on behalf of the Tamil Nadu government. CEETA PG 2023 will be held on March 26. Meanwhile, Anna University has also announced the TANCET 2023 dates. The TANCET 2023 for MCA and MBA admission will be held on March 25.
Candidates must note that all those who will be shortlisted from CEETA PG will be able to take admission in postgraduate programmes for the academic year 2-23-24 at university departments, constituent colleges of Anna University, Annamalai University and government engineering colleges only.
While announcing about the CEETA PG 2023, Anna University website said: “Common Engineering Entrance Test and Admission (CEETA-PG - 2023) is to be conducted by Anna University, Chennai on behalf of the Government of Tamil Nadu from the candidates who seek admission to M.E./M.Tech./M.Arch./M.Plan. Degree Programmes for the academic year 2023-2024 offered at University Departments, Constituent Colleges of Anna University, Annamalai University and Government Engineering Colleges only.”
The university will also provide monthly scholarships in line with the Tamil Nadu government rules. “Limited number of monthly Scholarships offered by Government of Tamil Nadu are available to the students as per reservation norms to pursue the higher studies,” the university added.
