Kerala Agricultural University Admissions 2021 begins for PG diploma courses, check details here

The last date to submit the Kerala Agricultural University Admissions 2021 application online at www.admissions.kau.in is March 15, 2021. The application will be accepted only after the payment of the requisite application fee. 

Kerala Agricultural University (KAU), Main Campus. KAU P.O, Vellanikkara. Thrissur, Kerala-680656 commenced that admission application process for two Post Graduate Diploma courses of 1-year duration, conducted in the institutions under KAU for 2020-21. The last date to submit the application online at www.admissions.kau.in is March 15, 2021. The application will be accepted only after the payment of the requisite application fee of Rs 1000/- (Rs.500/- for SC/ST applicants of Kerala). Applicants can deposit the application fee online or can directly remit it at any of the branches of the State Bank of India by showing the challan generated through ‘SB Collect’.

After submission of the application, a print out of the application has to be taken and forwarded with copies of documents mentioned in the Prospectus to ‘The Registrar, Kerala Agricultural University, KAU P.O, Vellanikkara, Thrissur - 680 656’ to reach latest by 20 March 2021. PG Diploma in Horticultural Therapy is conducted at College of Agriculture, Vellayani, Thiruvananthapuram): In order to be eligible for the course, the candidate must have a BSc Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Community Science, Home Science, Nursing, Environmental Science, Education, Special Education, Botany, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology, Social work, Occupational therapy, Physiotherapy.

Post Graduate Diploma in Landscaping and Ornamental Gardening is conducted at College of Agriculture, Vellayani, Thiruvananthapuram & College of Horticulture, Vellanikkara, Thrissur). While applying for the course, candidates must have a BSc Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Agricultural Engineering, Botany, Zoology, Environment Science or Bachelor of Architecture.

The selection process for both programmes will be based on a Common Entrance Exam conducted by KAU. There will be objective type questions and the centre of the entrance examination will be decided by the University in accordance with the number of applicants. Allotment to the course will be based on the rank list published by Kerala Agricultural University.
