Last Minute Preparation Tips for CUET 2022

Candidates must ensure that they do not stress much about their preparation on the last day before the exam. Here are some basic tips to follow on the day before the exam.

Revise the core subjects: Go through the notes for the core subjects. You may also check the question papers or mock tests you have already taken and scored well. This would not only boost your confidence but would also help you take note of the mistakes to avoid and steps to follow to solve different question types.

Decide the exam-taking strategy: By now, you must have decided on your exam-taking strategy in terms of the number of questions to attempt, duration to dedicate for each question and section, topics of questions to select and revision. You must go through the plan once again for a fool-proof strategy. You must also keep a backup plan ready in case your original plan does not seem feasible while taking the test.

Do not take any new mock test: It is not advisable for you to take a new mock test or solve the question paper today. Starting a new topic is also not ideal at this stage. Instead, you can dedicate the time to brush up on the language sections and General Knowledge section (if applicable). This would serve a dual purpose of revising for the sections other than your core subjects, and keeping your mind unburdened. You should also go through the CUET 2022 mock test released by NTA to be familiar with the navigation system.

Keep yourself relaxed: At this stage, there is no use in being stressed. Hence, don’t stress and stay relaxed. Ensure that you eat a balanced diet on time and get ample rest so that you feel completely energetic and confident on the day of your exam.
