The Indian Institute of Crafts and Design (IICD) will conduct the IICD 2023 entrance exam on April 16, 2023. The IICD 2023 exam consists of two parts – Part A and Part B. Part A will be a General Awareness, Creativity & Perception Test that will be conducted from 10 am-noon, while Part B will include sub-parts - a) Material, Colour and Conceptual Test will be conducted from 1-3 pm, followed by the b) Personal Interview (from 3 pm onward).

IICD 2023: Exam day guidelines
The IICD Entrance Test will be conducted at 14 locations all over India – Bhopal, Chennai, Chandigarh, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jammu, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Patna, Raipur, Udaipur. The candidate has to indicate his/her choice of three test centres in order of preferences. IICD reserves the right to cancel or change the test center/date. Any such changes will be communicated to the registered candidates.
- The candidate has to bring the print out of IICD 2023 admit card for the entrance test. Admit card is essential for entrance in the examination hall.
- IICD admit card will be emailed/downloadable from www.iicd.ac.in, to the eligible candidates after 16/03/23 at the candidate’s registered email id.
- The candidate has to bring at least one original (not photo copy or scanned copy) photo identification (ID card). The name and signature on the photo identification must match the name that has been entered in the IICD registration form by the candidate. Acceptable form of photo identification type is Aadhaar card for Indians and passport for SAARC nationals
