NID DAT 2023 Cut-off released for B.Des program; download here

The cut-off has been released category-wise in the form of last rank and score that candidates must obtain for admission to the B.Des program. If the candidate fails to meet the cut-off, he or she will not be considered for admission.

The National Institute of Design (NID) released the admission cut-off of NID DAT 2023 for the B.Des program on August 3, 2023. The cut-off has been released in the form of the rank and score of the last candidate who has secured admission to the B.Des program in their respective categories. To download the cut-off, the candidate simply needs to click on the cut-off link; no log in is required.

The National Institute of Design earlier released the NID DAT 2023 cut-off for the M.Des program on July 20, 2023.

Factors that determine NID DAT 2023 cut-off 

The cut-off of the NID DAT 2023 for the B.Des program has been based on the following factors:

1. The number of candidates appearing in the NID DAT 2023 exam
2. The seat intake for the B.Des program in the participating college
3. The category under which admission is sought
4. The merit rank of applicants
5. Previous years’ cut-off trends

NID DAT 2023 Admission

The National Institute of Design conducts admission to the B.Des and M.Des courses offered by participating colleges on the basis of NID DAT 2023 merit ranks.

The NID DAT entrance exam has two steps:

1. DAT Prelims
2. DAT Mains
