The NID DAT 2023 exam will be conducted in pen-and-pencil mode on January 8, 2023 (10 am -1 pm). The three-hour-long exam will be administered across 22 cities in the country. Each of these exam cities will have one or more exam centres. The details of the exam centre allotted to candidates will be given in the NID DAT 2023 (Prelims) admit card, which was released on January 2, 2023.
On the day of the DAT Prelims exam, the candidate needs to report at the exam centre at 8 pm. The gates to the exam centre will be closed at 9.30, and no candidates after that will be allowed inside the exam centre.

- The list of NID DAT 2023 exam cities for the B.Des and M.Des programs is mentioned in the respective admission handbooks
- The candidate had to select an exam city at the time of filling the NID DAT 2023 application form
- An exam city can have one or more than once test centres.
- The details of the allotted exam centre is mentioned on the NID DAT 2023 Prelims admit card.
- Changes to the allotted exam centre will not be entertained.
