DU: Ramjas College's green ideas to be showcased at Enactus World Cup in October

Delhi university's Ramjas College is the only institution whose two projects got selected to be showcased at Enactus World Cup in October.

Enactus is a not-for-profit organisation that allows students to create community empowerment projects using entrepreneurial action. Delhi university's Ramjas College has been selected for its two projects providing solutions for waste management and finding sustainable means for curbing stubble burning which is the major cause of pollution in Delhi-NCR. 

The college become the only institution whose two projects have been selected to be showcased at Enactus World Cup in San Juan, Puerto Rico in October.

Out of 48 teams in the final from across the country, 12 from India were selected for the world cup. The two projects named Swabun and Waraq were selected in the category of "race to climate action" and "race to feed the plant", as reported by TOI.

DU announces second phase of examinations for leftover students

Ramjas College has issued a notification for the conduct of second phase examinations and filling up of examination form for leftover students of IV,VI,VIII and its semester of all undergraduate students who could not write examination held in May June 2022 due to Covid 19 pandemic and other reasons.

The notification reads, "It is hereby notified for information of all concerned that the University of Delhi has decided to conduct the second phase examinations for fourth and sixth semester for all undergraduate programs for leftover students who could not appear in the examinations that were held in May June 2022 due to Covid-19 pandemic and other reasons. Further details may please be seen on Delhi University website."
