DU Reopening 2021: Delhi University 1st Semester UG classes begins from today

The DU First Semester exams for the Undergraduate students will be held from March 21 to April 4, 2022. The preparatory break, as per the academic calendar, will be from March 11 to March 20, 2022.

Delhi University today welcomed the fresh batch of undergraduate students. The University of Delhi (DU) began the classes for the fresh batch of UG students today; i.e. November 22. As per the DU Academic Calendar 2021-22, the classes for Postgraduate students will begin from December 1. 

As per the 2021-22 academic calendar, the DU First Semester exams for the Undergraduate students will be held from March 21 to April 4, 2022. The preparatory break, as per the academic calendar, will be from March 11 to March 20, 2022.

Delhi University will begin the classes for the second semester on April 7 and final exams will be conducted from August 5 to August 22, 2022. The next academic session for the Under Graduate students will start on August 26, 2022.

Delhi University Admissions 2021 is currently underway for both UG and PG courses. DU First cut-off list 2021 was released on October 1, 2021. Over 68,000 students have taken admission to undergraduate courses until now. DU PG Admissions 2021 first merit list was released on November 17. DU will be releasing two merit lists for postgraduate admission soon. 

For Post Graduate students, the first semester exams will be conducted from March 30 to April 12, 2022. The preparatory break and practical exams will be between March 20 and March 29, 2022. Classes for the second semester will start from April 16, and semester 2 final exams are scheduled for August 21 and August 25, 2022.

Delhi University has also released the anti-ragging guidelines, as per that, the heads of institutions may identify a Disciplinary Resource Person (DRP) in each college, hostel, hall, department, and their contact details must be shared with the proctor's office.

All those candidates who have qualified the DUET PG Entrance Test 2021 can now go to the official website of Delhi University to check their admission status through DU PG first merit list.
