CEE Extends KEAM 2024 Plus Two Marks Submission Facility till July 3; Rank List by July 20
The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) has extended the process for qualified candidates of KEAM 2024 to submit their marks for their Plus Two examinations. The last date to submit the marks has been extended till July 3, 11:59 pm. To submit their marks, candidates need to log in to the 'KEAM 2024 Candidate Portal' on the official website using their Application Number and Password. Once logged in, they should navigate to the 'Mark Submission for Engg' section in the Menu and enter the required information.
Candidates who appeared for the KEAM 2024 Engineering Entrance Examination must submit their marks for Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry (or Computer Science, Biotechnology, or Biology in specific cases) from their second year of Plus Two or equivalent qualifying examination via the website.
The class 12 marks available with the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations will be displayed for verification purposes. Candidates must ensure the accuracy of these marks against their original mark sheets before confirming and submitting them online. If discrepancies are found, candidates can make edits using the provided 'Change' button.
For cases where the office does not have marks data from Boards, candidates should enter their second-year marks themselves. In such instances, confirmation and upload of the Plus Two mark sheets in PDF format are required. The uploaded documents must be complete, legible, and error-free.
Upon successful submission, candidates can download the 'Mark Submission Confirmation Report' for future reference. This report is essential for those who entered their marks when Board data was unavailable or when editing marks on the webpage. It's advised to keep this confirmation report along with their Plus Two mark sheet. Overall, candidates are reminded to adhere to these guidelines to ensure their eligibility for the KEAM 2024 Engineering Rank list expected to be released by July 20.
The marks submitted will be standardized according to Clause 9.7.4(b) of the KEAM 2024 Prospectus to establish the Engineering Rank list. Candidates who fail to submit their marks online will not be eligible for ranking in Engineering. The KEAM 2024 engineering ranks will be calculated based on a 50:50 weightage split between Plus Two marks and KEAM normalized scores. The normalized scores were released on June 26, 2024, and are available at cee.kerala.gov.in.
