Smart India Hackathon 2023: Team Monolith, representing Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology (GCET), showcased exceptional innovation and problem-solving skills, claiming the top spot at the Smart India Hackathon 2023 hosted by Amity University. For their outstanding performance, Team Monolith was awarded a cash prize of Rs 1 lakh, accompanied by a certificate of achievement.
Consisting of six adept students from diverse branches within GCET, Team Monolith, led by Yuvraj Singh, a third-year student specializing in AIML, displayed exceptional prowess throughout the rigorous competition. The triumph has ignited jubilant celebrations throughout Galgotias College and University, fostering an atmosphere filled with joy and pride among students, faculty, and staff alike.
Dr. Dhruv Galgotia, CEO of Galgotia University congratulated Team Monolith for their exemplary achievement. He emphasised that the success of Monolith reflects not only the talent and dedication of the students but also the institution's unwavering commitment to excellence.
