GATE 2024 new two-paper combinations released; Last date to revise papers is Nov 17

Candidates prepping to appear for the GATE 2024 exam must note that they can now add a new second paper or change the second paper until November 17. Candidates may proceed with the activity by gate2024.iisc.ac.in or goaps.iisc.ac.in. GATE 2024 aspirants must note that the option to add or change the two-paper combination can be exercised only once.

GATE 2024: The Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore has released new two-paper combinations in addition to the previously announced combinations during the regular and extended registration periods. Candidates prepping to appear for the GATE 2024 exam must note that they can now add a new second paper or change the second paper until November 17. Candidates may proceed with the activity by gate2024.iisc.ac.in or goaps.iisc.ac.in. GATE 2024 aspirants must note that the option to add or change the two-paper combination can be exercised only once.

Candidates who have registered for only one paper will be able to add a new second paper at the regular application fee. Those candidates who have already registered for two papers can change the second paper at no extra cost.

The Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore is scheduled to conduct the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2024 exam from February 3 to 11, 2024.

GATE 2024 new combinations allowed

 

Candidates can make corrections in the GATE 2024 application form including in fields such as names, dates of birth, exam centres, gender, categories and details of parents between November 18 and 24. The candidates will have to login by using the registered email id and password.

According to the latest update released by the authority, IISC will commence the correction process to modify the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE 2024) application forms from November 18.  Candidates must note that they can change the details on GATE 2024 application forms on the official website, gate2024.iisc.ac.in. GATE 2024 Correction Window will closed on  November 24, 2024. In order to avail correction facility, candidates have to pay a fee of INR 500 to change details such as name, date of birth, examination city, paper category and gender. They will have to pay a fee of INR 1,400 to change gender from female to any other category and category from SC or ST to any other. The correction window for GATE 2024 will open until November 24.
