IET Lucknow placements: BTech computer science student gets INR 49L job offer

Another BTech student Abbas Mehndi Naqvi gets INR 17.5 lakh per annum offer from Josh Technology company. They are among 243 students who have bagged good offers during the ongoing campus placements. 

Mohammad Ayaan, a computer science engineering student of the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET), Lucknow, has bagged the job offer of INR 49 lakh per annum from Titan. He is among 243 students who have bagged good offers during the ongoing campus placements. 

IET Lucknow Director Prof Vineet Kansal said Mohammad Ayaan, a student of BTech Computer Science department of the institute, has been selected in Titan company at a package of INR 49 lakh per annum. Another BTech student Abbas Mehndi Naqvi has received an offer of INR 17.5 lakh per annum from Josh Technology company. 

34 students get INR 17.5 lakh offer

Similarly, 34 students of the institute have received offers from Western Union Company at the package of INR 17.5 lakh per annum. The Director said in addition to this, multinational companies have given a package of INR 5 lakh and above to a total of 206 students of IET Lucknow. He said the institute was going all out to ensure quality technical education as a result of which the students of the institute were getting good placements.  

IET was established in 1984 by the University of Lucknow as a society-governed institute. It runs as an autonomous body under the umbrella of Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The majority of the courses in IET are NBA (National Board of Accreditation) accredited.
