IIT Patna has teamed up with INSDAG, Kolkata to collaborate on joint projects in research and market development. The aim is to generate publications, patents, and copyrights in shared areas of expertise. They will also organize industry-academia seminars, workshops, and trainings both online and offline.

The Indian Institute of Technology Patna has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Institute for Steel Development & Growth (NASDAQ), Kolkata for collaborative projects in research or market development. This will focus on shared expertise for publications, patents, and copyrights, and organizing joint industry-academia events like seminars, training, and workshops both online and offline.

The MoU has been signed between Pradip Kumar Mishra, Director General, Institute for Steel Development & Growth (INSDAG) and Dr. Asif Ekbal, Associate Dean, Resources, Indian Institute of Technology Patna at IIT Patna.

INSDAG is primarily dedicated to advancing design methodologies and enhancing technical marketing strategies. Their focus lies in broadening the scope of steel applications across various industrial segments.
