The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Patna and Bravo Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. (Bravo Pharma) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). Bravo Pharma, headquartered in New Delhi, entered into this collaboration with IIT Patna to advance the fields of research, development, and manufacturing in the medical devices sector within Bihar. 

This collaboration is set to significantly boost the state's self-sufficiency, especially in the area of medical device innovation and manufacturing. The agreement was executed by Dr. Anup Kumar Keshari, Associate Dean (Research & Development) of IIT Patna, and Mr. Rakesh Pandey, Director of Bravo Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd.

During the MoU signing event, Prof T N Singh, Director of IIT Patna, Dr. Jose V Parambil, Head of the Department of Chemical and Biochemical Engineering at IIT Patna, Dr. Sachchidanand Rai, a Member of the Bihar Legislative Council, and other representatives from both IIT Patna and Bravo Pharma were in attendance.

With this agreement, both entities will investigate opportunities for collaboration in areas of business relations and healthcare. Bravo Pharma is well-versed in the Indian healthcare industry.
