JEE Advanced 2024 Registration For Foreign Nationals From April 15, Check Documents Needed to Apply

JEE Advanced 2024: IIT Madras will release the application form for foreign nationals and OCI/PIO candidates on April 15, 2024. They can apply online for JEE Advanced at jeeadv.ac.in. They must have an identity proof in the form of Citizenship Certificate/Foreign Passport and/or OCI/PIO Card, where applicable. Check other documents required to apply for JEE Advanced 2024 here 

JEE Advanced 2024: Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT) Madras will be releasing the application form of Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced for foreign nationals and OCI/PIO candidates on April 15, 2024. Candidates who wish to get admission in IITs can apply for JEE Advanced online at the official website: jeeadv.ac.in. 

The last date to fill up the JEE Advanced registration form is April 30, 2024. However, the last date for acceptance of registration fee from the foreign candidates and OCI/PIO candidates who have secured OCI/PIO card on or after March 4, 2021 is May 6, 2024. 

What documents are required for JEE Advanced 2024 Registration? 

While filling up the online form, candidates must have the below-mentioned documents with them. Check the list here: 

• Date of birth certificate for age proof
• Class 12 (or equivalent examination) certificate (for those who appeared first time for the exam in 2023 or whose board declared the class 12th result after September 21, 2022). If mark sheet of class 12th for 2024 is available, then it must be uploaded.
• Identity proof in the form of Citizenship certificate/Foreign Passport/OCI/PIO Card where applicable
• Testimonials, if applicable

Who can apply for JEE Advanced 2024 Under Foreign Nationals? 

Candidates can check below the points to know who can apply for JEE Advanced under foreign nationals: 

• As per the details mentioned on the official website, candidates who are not citizens of India (by birth but also not Overseas Citizens of India / Persons of Indian Origin (OCI/PIO) and have secured OCI/PIO card on or after March 4, 2021) will be considered as foreign nationals. 
• While registering for JEE Advanced 2024, the foreign national candidates are not required to write JEE Main. They may register for JEE Advanced directly subject to fulfilment of other eligibility criteria.
• All foreign national candidates will be considered in addition to, and not as a part of 2,50,000 Indian national candidates who qualify for appearing in JEE Advanced 2024.
• The seats allotted to the foreign national candidates will be supernumerary with a cap of 10% of total number of seats in every course.
