The snag, particularly prevalent in centers located in industrial areas, resulted in prolonged wait times for candidates, with some even gaining entry beyond the scheduled time limit of 8:30 pm.

Security Screening:

Prior to entry, JEE Main 2024 candidates underwent thorough security screenings, including metal detector checks to ensure compliance with the strict no-electronics policy.
