JMI Short-Term Training Programme on AI & Machine Learning To Start From July 1; Check Details

JMI will commence the short-term training programme on AI and Machine Learning from July 1 in hybrid mode. Check eligibility and JMI seat intake here  

The Department of Computer Engineering at Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) is conducting a three-week Short Term Training Programme (STTP): ‘Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML)’ in a hybrid format. Scheduled to commence from July 1 to 19, 2024, this STTP will span 50 hours in total. The online JMI registration link is available at jmi.ac.in/sttp-aiml2024.

The course is open to Diploma, undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG), and Ph.D. candidates with backgrounds in Mathematics. A total of 130 seats are available for the course. Out of these, 80 seats are reserved for offline classes on a First Come First Served Basis (FSFS), while the remaining 50 seats are for online participants.

JMI STTP Theory Sessions

The STTP will include theory sessions totalling 20 hours and practical hands-on training amounting to 30 hours. It consists of five modules: (1) Introduction to AI & Python Basics, (2) Applied Data Science with Python, (3) Machine Learning Algorithms, (4) Deep Learning for Computer Vision with Keras & TensorFlow, and (5) Deep Learning for Natural Language Processing (NLP) with Keras & TensorFlow. Experts from JMI and other reputed central/foreign universities, IITs, NIITs, IIITs as well as industry will be the resource person for the course.
