JoSAA Counselling 2024: The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) has released the JoSAAA second mock allotment result today: June 17, 2024. Candidates who applied for admission to UG seats of the IITs and the NIT+ system can check their JoSAA 2024 seat allotment result on the official website: josaa.nic.in.

The JoSAA mock allotment list 2024 for round 2 is based on the choices filled by the candidates until June 16. As per the official schedule, the JoSAA seat allotment result for round 1 will be released on June 20, 2024. Candidates must report online, pay fees, and upload documents until June 24, 2024.

What's New in JoSAA Counselling 2024 This Year?

This year, JoSAA 2024 counselling is being held in five rounds. Two new institutes have also been added. The new institutes are the Central University of Jharkhand and Gati Shakti Vishwa Vidhyalaya, Vadodara.

Now, IIIT Bhubaneswar reserves 50% of the total seats for Odisha State Category ("S") candidates. Therefore, registration will be done via IIIT Bhubaneswar's official website. The remaining 50% of seats fall under the Open to All ("OTA") category. Admission for the OTA category is also via JoSAA/CSAB 2024.
