The KEAM 2024 counselling process has started. The KEAM option registration schedule has been released on the website along with the seat allotment dates for round 1. Check complete details below.
CEE has started KEAM 2024 option registration facility for the candidates who have qualified KEAM 2024 BTech/BPharm exam and have been issued rank in the exam. KEAM 2024 option registration can be done through the respective logins of the candidates at cee.kerala.gov.in. To access the option registration link, candidates have to login using their KEAM application number and password. The last date to register the options is August 5, 11 am.
Candidates can register as many options as possible based on their KEAM 2024 rank and category. Candidates have to select the arrange their options of courses and colleges in order of their preference. The candidates must first select, arrange and then print the option list. The candidates who complete the process by the deadline will be allotted seats. Trual seat allotment will be published on August 4. The provisional seat allotment will be done on August 7 and the final seat allotment will be published on August 8 for round 1.

The fee for KEAM option registration is INR 2000 for general candidates, and INR 500 for SC/ST/OEC category candidates, as well as those entitled to benefits under G.O.(Ms) No.25/2005/SCSTDD dated 20.06.2005 and G.O.(Ms) No.10/2014/BCDD dated 23.05.2014, and candidates from Juvenile Homes, Nirbhaya Homes, and SreeChitra Homes.
Registration fees can be paid at any Head Post Office in Kerala or through online payment. A list of participating Post Offices is available on the website.
Candidates without internet access can use the free facilities provided by the Government at various centres across the state. ‘Facilitation Centres’ (FCs) will be set up during the registration period to assist candidates with the option registration process. The list of these centres will be published on the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations' website. Note that the Facilitation Centres will be operational only during the option registration period.

Q: When will the KEAM application be available online?
KEAM 2025 application form will be out soon. The process to apply for KEAM is, first, to complete the KEAM 2025 registration by providing the basic details and creating an application number and password to login at various stages of admission. Next, candidates had to complete the fill the online application form. In the next step, candidates need to pay the online application fee as applicable with the available mode of payment. Thereafter, the candidates had to upload scanned images and certificates. Finally, as the final step of the application process, candidates had to print the submitted online form and keep it safe with them.
Q: What is to be done in KEAM option registration process?
A list of Course-College combinations available for allotments through the KEAM CAP will be displayed on the Option Registration page of the candidate based on the stream (s) the candidate is eligible for. For example, a candidate included only in the Engineering stream will see the Engineering courses together with the corresponding two-letter codes (Eg:- AE - Applied Electronics and Instrumentation, EC - Electronics and Communication Engineering etc.). Similarly, a candidate in the Medical Stream will see the Medical courses together with the corresponding two-letter codes (Eg:- MM-MBBS, MD-BDS, BA-BAMS etc.). A candidate eligible for both Engineering and Medical streams will see both Engineering and Medical courses. All the Colleges under the stream (s) applicable to the candidate will be shown with their respective three-letter codes (Eg:- TVE-College of Engineering, Thiruvananthapuram, TVM-Government Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram etc.).
Q: What are the steps in KEAM application process?
Q: I belong to General category. Is it required to submit Income certificate with the KEAM application form?
It is better to submit income certificate by all candidates except SC/ST. Those candidate (including General Category) who wish to avail the benefits such as fee concession/scholarships that may be notified by the Government or college authorities subsequently, based on annual family income, should furnish the Income Certificate along with the KEAM application itself. No further chance will be allowed to submit Income Certificate.
Q: What is KEAM application fee?
The application fee for KEAM is as follows: Engineering only/ B.Pharma only/both: General: INR 875 and SC: INR 375. Architecture only/Medical & Allied only/both: General: INR 625 and SC: INR 250. Both the streams: General: INR 1125 and SC: INR 500.
