NITTTR Bhopal, NIT Surat to work on joint knowledge creation

The agreement will have an initial period of two years and can be renewed for three years after review of the activities undertaken under the agreement.

National Institute of Technical Teachers Training & Research (NITTTR), Bhopal, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology (SVNIT) Surat for knowledge creation and collaboration in research, innovation and development. 

SVNIT Surat Director Prof Anupam Shukla said with this agreement both institutes will establish new dimensions in the field of higher and technical education and NITTTR Bhopal Director Prof CC Tripathi said that it is a matter of happiness that both institutes have decided to work together.  He said it will surely benefit the research scholars, faculty members and students. The agreement will have an initial period of two years and can be renewed for three years after review of the activities undertaken under the MoU. 

Admission to SVNIT Surat BTech course is based on Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Main scores followed by JoSAA Counselling 2022. Additionally, CSAB Special Rounds of counselling are conducted by Central Seat Allocation Board for NIT+ system seats that remain unfilled in JoSAA. Also, CSAB Special Round 2 Seat Allotment is the last counselling round to be conducted for SVNIT Surat BTech admissions.
