For PGDIM course admission, candidates must have satisfy the eligibility criteria and appear for the CAT entrance exam. Indian candidates are shortlisted for the group discussion (GD) and personal interview (PI) process based on their valid CAT scores subject to meeting the minimum eligibility criteria. IIM Mumbai application process is common to PGDIE, PGDIM, PGDISEM and Fellow programmes.
