The duration of the answer key challenge is from February 7 to February 9, 2024, until 11:00 PM. Earlier, it was February 8, 2024. Due to a technical glitch in the server, it has been revised.

IIT Madras has recently announced the introduction of a sports quota, making it the first IIT to do so. Starting from the academic year 2024-2025, two supernumerary seats will be offered under the 'Sports Excellence Admission' (SEA) category, one of which will be exclusively for female students. Students who qualify for the sports quota will still have to qualify JEE Advanced 2024, and will be required to register on a separate portal, instead of the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) portal. The sports quota students will be required to register on the portal: https://jeeadv.iitm.ac.in/sea/.

For those candidates who might have challenged without the appropriate Question ID / Option ID, may challenge again. Their former fees will be refunded soon. These candidates have also been informed through e-mail / SMS.

The payment for the processing fee may be made through, Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking till 09 February 2024 (up to 11:50 PM). No challenge will entertained without receipt of the processing fee. The fee towards the challenge will not be accepted through any other mode.

The Provisional Answer Keys of Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech.), Paper 2A (B.Arch.) and Paper 2B (B. Planning) along with the Question Papers with Recorded Responses were uploaded on the website jeemain.nta.ac.in for the interested candidates to submit challenge to the Provisional Answer Keys (if any) online.

• Login with application number and password
• The JEE Main answer key contains the question ID as well as the ID with a correct option for both papers 1 and 2

•  Now upload the necessary documents in support of the claim

 The schedule has been revised due to a technical glitch in the server.

As per NTA, the process for submitting challenge to the Provisional Answer Keys (if any) online by paying a non-refundable processing fee of INR 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only) per question challenged.
