West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) is expected to soon announce the WBJEE 2025 exam date. The official notification for WBJEE 2025 will be released online at wbjeeb.nic.in. The authorities are expected to conduct the WBJEE 2025 examination tentatively in April 2025. All candidates will have to attempt the pen-and-paper-based test to qualify for the WBJEE counselling and admission process.
When will WBJEE 2025 registration start?
The WBJEE 2025 application form is expected to be released anytime soon. Candidates will be able to access the official WBJEE 2025 registration link online at wbjeeb.nic.in tentatively by the second week of December 2024. The final date to fill out and submit the WBJEE application form 2025 will be announced. What are the WBJEE 2025 eligibility criteria?
Before registration, the candidates are advised to check the official WBJEE eligibility criteria. Ineligible candidates will not be considered for the WBJEE admissions.
- Candidates should be of Indian nationality.
- Should be at least 17 years of age at the time of admission.
- There is no upper age limit. However, the upper age limit for the Marine Engineering course is 25 years old.
- Candidates should have passed the 12th standard (or equivalent) qualifying examination with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Computer Science/Computer Application/Technical Vocational Subject with a minimum of 45 per cent marks (40% for reserved categories).

No other mode of payment will be accepted by the authorities. WBJEE application fee is INR 500 (General Male Candidates) or INR 400 (General Female and all Male Candidates of SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B/EWS/TFW) or INR 300 (All Female Candidates of SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B/EWS/TFW and Third Gender General Candidates). For Third Gender SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B/EWS/TFW Category candidates, the application fee is INR 200. If the candidates fail to pay the application fee, then their applications will be rejected by the authorities.
