GATE 2023 Application Form released: Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur has released the GATE 2023 application form today, i.e. on August 30, 2022. Candidates willing to appear for the GATE 2023 can access the same on the official website of GATE at gate.iitk.ac.in. Before proceeding to complete the GATE 2023 registration, candidates must ensure that they are fulfilling the prescribed eligibility criteria.

A complete schedule for GATE 2023 has already been announced. Applicants can fill up the application form of GATE 2023 till September 30, 2023. However, if any candidate fails to complete the GATE 2023 registration till September 30, they can submit it with a late fee amount latest by October 7, 2022. How to fill GATE 2023 Application Form?

To fill the application form of GATE 2023, the candidates need to follow the steps mentioned below:

• Login to the official website of GATE 2023 at iitk.ac.in.
• Click on the login option to fill out the GATE 2023 application form.
• Click on the register as a ‘new user’ and then enter the required detail in the registration form.
• After registration, an application number/enrollment ID will be sent to the registered email ID.
• Use the same credential and proceed to fill out the GATE 2023 application form by entering the required details correctly.
• Upload the scanned copy of required documents such as passport size photo, signature, eligibility certificate SC/ST Certificate, PwD Certificate etc in the prescribed format.
• Make a payment of the GATE 2023 application form fee using any of the available payment options.
• Preview the filled application form of GATE 2023 and click on submit button.
• Take a printout of the submitted GATE 2023 application form for future reference.

GATE Application Form 2023 Required Documents

During filling out the GATE application form, the applications will be required to upload the scanned copies of the following documents:

• Candidate’s photograph and signature
• Valid Photo ID – Aadhaar Card/ Voter ID/PAN Card/Passport/Driving License/ College ID
• Passport/ Govt. Issued ID/College ID/Employee ID- For applicants from abroad
• Degree/ Provisional/ Course Completion Certificate
• Printouts of the 5th /6th /7th semester mark sheet
• A provisional certificate letter in accordance with the format shared by the Home of Institute/ Registrar/Dean/ Head of Dept- For final year students
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• Disability or PwD Certificate (if applicable)
• Candidates enrolled in a higher degree or master’s must upload the certificate of qualifying degree
