DU PG Admissions 2021 begins from today; Know important details

The Delhi University had released the admission lists for most of the courses, however, still, merit lists of some of the courses are still awaited. Candidates are advised to visit the DU admission portal; admission.uod.ac.in, to get the complete list.

DU PG Admission 2021: The University of Delhi is all set to begin the registration for merit and entrance-based postgraduate admissions from today; i.e. November 18, 2021. DU PG merit lists 2021 was released on November 17. The Delhi University had released the admission lists for most of the courses, however, still, merit lists of some of the courses are still awaited. Candidates are advised to visit the DU admission portal; admission.uod.ac.in, to get the complete list. It must be noted that DU Admissions 2021 for PG courses will be conducted completely online owing to the COVID-19 restrictions. As per the DU PG Admissions 2021 schedule, the candidates will be allowed to apply on or before November 21 up to 11:59 pm. 

All those candidates who have qualified the DUET PG Entrance Test 2021 can now go to the official website of Delhi University to check their admission status through DU PG first merit list. 

The departments and colleges will verify and approve admissions of candidates who apply against the 1st merit list by November 22. The last date to pay the admission fee in the first round is November 23.

“A candidate‘s name in the admission list alone does not mean that he/she is admitted. Selected candidates are to pay an online admission fee within the prescribed deadline. The selected candidates will log in to the PG admission portals, for selecting the program and preference order of the colleges where the same program is offered. The Head of the Department/ Principal of the college will approve the admission after verifying the online uploaded certificates and allocate the college. The candidates shall pay the admission fees online, within the prescribed deadline and will be considered admitted provisionally,” the Delhi  University announced.

Delhi University had earlier released the academic calendar and as per that the classes for the new batch will start from December 1.  DU PG Admission 2021 is scheduled to be completed in three rounds DU PG Cut off 2021 for the third round will be published on December 3.
