The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT ) Madras, has disclosed the date of the Humanities and Social Science Entrance Exam (HSEE) and the national-level entrance test will be conducted in July 28, 2020. No other information regarding the release of the admit card has been mentioned. Candidates who have applied online for admission in five-year integrated MA programme, will not have to give the entrance exam on July 28, 2020.
In all possibility, the HSEE 2020 will be conducted in online mode i.e. computer-based test and candidates may have to give the entrance exam from their homes or the nearest access to a computer. No information has yet been released by IIT Madras.
It is through HSEE 2020 that students are offered admission based on the rank and marks secured in the national-level entrance exam. A total of 52 students are offered admission and each stream will have 26 seats. Allocation of seats to individual streams will be made based on the academic performance on the student in the first three semesters.
Candidates who have applied, are requested to go through the exam pattern, marking scheme and the syllabus before appearing for the national-level entrance exam.
