Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI)'s University Placement Cell (UPC) has shared placement statistics from its recent placement for two organisations i.e. Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL and Yamaha Motor. During the placement session, two at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) and seven at Yamaha Motor secured job positions.
BPCL selected two B.Tech. Mechanical Engineering students with an impressive package of 20 LPA. Whereas, Yamaha Motor India recruited seven students from other programs. Yamaha Motors hired one MSW student as a Management Trainee (MT) with 8.5 LPA, three B.Tech. Mechanical Engineering students as Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) with 7.5 LPA and Three Diploma Mechanical Engineering students as Diploma Engineer Trainees (DETs) with 3 LPA
