University of Allahabad To Begin New Certificate Programmes; Know Starting Date, Course Fee

Allahabad University skill-based certificate courses will be offered in the stream of computer applications, electronics, artificial intelligence, music, dress designing, financial investment strategies and other courses from August 5, 2024. 

University of Allahabad (Allahabad University) is launching new fifteen-week skill-based certificate courses for all candidates. Interested students must know that the courses will be offered in the field of computer applications, artificial intelligence, financial investment strategies, medicinal plants, basic electronics and other streams. The authorities have not mentioned any specific eligibility criteria for these programmes and mentioned that admission will be open for all candidates. University of Allahabad certification course 2024 start date is August 5, 2024. The authorities have notified that the programme fee for certification courses is INR 5,000 per programme. 

List of University of Allahabad Skill Based Certificate Courses

The following courses will be offered to the students: 

• Indian Culture and Heritage
• Computer Application
• Health, Hygiene, Nutrition and Yoga
• Basic Electronics
• Artificial Intelligence
• Medicinal Plants
• Discoveries in Science & Technology
• Foreign Languages: French, German, Arabic, Mandarin, Russian
• Basic Principles of the Indian Constitution
• Language Proficiency & Personality Development
• Financial Investment Strategies
• Music (Sitar)
• Music (Tabla)
• Mental Health
• Bakery and Confectionary Techniques
• Embroidery Skills: Hand to Digital
• Floristry Art
• Dress Designing

Students must note that these programmes will be based on National Education Policy (NEP 2020). Meanwhile, Allahabad University recently discontinued PGDCA and BA in Fashion Design Programmes for the academic session 2024-25. 

Allahabad University is the fourth oldest university in India. The university was established in 1887. Allahabad University is recognised by the UGC and accredited by NAAC with B++.
