IIT Patna: BTech student gets Reliance Foundation Scholarship 2021-22

A first-year BTech student of IIT Patna has received the Reliance Foundation Scholarship for the year 2021-22.

Ayush Sharma, a first-year BTech student from the Dept of Computer Science and Engineering at IIT Patna has received the Reliance Foundation Scholarship for the year 2021-22.

IIT Patna's tweet reads, "Mr. Ayush Sharma (2101CS15), a first year http://B.Tech student from the Dept. of Computer Science and Engineering at IIT Patna, has been awarded the Reliance Foundation Scholarship for the year 2021-22."

 

"He will receive a scholarship of up to INR Four lakhs over the duration of his undergraduate degree programme. He has been selected for the scholarship in recognition of his academic achievements, demonstration of leadership and potential for success in his future career," stated IIT Patna's another tweet.

IIT Patna to recruit research associate for time-bound project

IIT Patna has invited applications for one post of Research Associate, initially for one year, extendable to another two years subject to satisfactory performance. The name of the temporary research project is “Porous membrane based vapour venting technique for performance improvement in microchannel heat sink”. Fellowship/Salary would be INR 31,000/- per month plus 8% HRA as per GoI rule. Qualifications & Experience required for the post are B.Tech./B.E./M.Tech./ME/ Equivalent Degree in Engineering and Technology with specialization in Fluid/thermal engineering.

The official notification says, "Interested and eligible candidates may appear for the WALK-IN INTERVIEW on 11th July 2022 (Hybrid mode). In person at 11:00 am Dept. of Mech. Engg., Room no 209, Block 3, IIT Patna, Bihta. Candidates interested for online interview should mail their CVs to investigators till 5:00 pm, 10th July 2022. In person candidates should report with updated resume along with the original copies of all supporting documents (certificates, mark-sheets, and degrees). No TA/DA is admissible for appearing in the interview."

"The selected candidates may get an opportunity to enroll in PhD program of the department after due process," added the notification.
