Student body seeks extension of deadline to submit NIMCET 2023 application form

The National Institute of Technology (NIT) Jamshedpur closed the registration window for NIMCET 2023 on April 16, 2023. NIMCET 2023 is scheduled to be held on June 11, 2023

The All India OBC Students Association (AIOBCSA) has requested the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Jamshedpur to extend the last date for filling the NIT Master of Computer Applications Common Entrance Test  (NIMCET) 2023 application form. The student body took to Twitter to voice their concern.  

The exam conducting authority closed the registration window for NIMCET 2023 on April 16, 2023. NIMCET 2023 is scheduled to be held on June 11, 2023. NIMCET 2023 Admit Card will be issued by the authority from June 1, 2023. After releasing the admit card, candidate will be able to download the admit card from the website of the exam conducting authority. NIMCET 2023 Admit Card will contain details such as candidate name, father name, category, photograph and date of birth, etc. Candidates should carry their admit card on the day of examination as no candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall. 

NIMCET 2023 answer key will be released online in the third week of June 2023. Candidates can calculate their scores using the NIMCET answer key before the announcement of the result. The NIMCET 2023 result will be released on June 26, 2023. 

What is NIMCET 2023?  

NIMCET is a Common Entrance National Level Test for admissions into MCA programmes offered at NITs. The NITs at Allahabad, Bhopal, Agartala, Raipur, Kurukshetra, Jamshedpur, Surathkal, Warangal, and Tiruchirappalli will participate in the entrance exam. The admission into the MCA programme for 2023-24 the year in the nine NITs is based on the rank obtained in NIMCET 2023 only.
