UGC Releases Notice Regarding Adding UG Courses Under AICTE Regulations

The University Grants Commission (UGC) has issued a notification announcing the integration of undergraduate (UG) courses in Management and Computer Programs under AICTE regulation. The technical body currently regulates courses in engineering and technology. The notice also added, till date, the AICTE was regulating only the postgraduate programmes in Management (MBA) and Computer Applications (MCA).

This communication applies specifically to those institutions currently providing or intending to offer programs or courses in BBA, BMS and BCA.
