During JoSAA COunselling 2022, candidates need to pay the counselling fees as under:

*The fee includes Rs. 3,000 JoSAA processing charges.

The following are the eligibility criteria for filling the registration and choice filling form of JoSAA 2022 counselling:

• Candidates who have qualified JEE Main 2022 can apply for the JoSAA 2022 seat allocation round
• Candidates who have qualified JEE Advanced 2022 will be eligible for JoSAA 2022 counselling. Such candidates will also be eligible for admission to IITs.
• Candidates need to secure at least 75% in Class 12 class or must be in the top 20 percentile. For SC, ST, and PwD candidates, the qualifying percentage is 65%. (For admission into IITs).

Upon successful completion of JoSAA COunselling 2022 registration, candidates will be able to check the available choices of engineering streams and institutions (based on their rank). As per the availability of seats and institutes, candidates can choose the BTech programmes and institutes in order of their preferences.

• Visit the official website of JoSAA 2022 counselling at josaa.nic.in
• On the homepage, click on the registration link
• Enter the credentials required for registration such as the candidate’s nationality, gender, state code of eligibility and more
• Review the filled-in details and re-confirm the same

Candidates have to provide Provisional seat allotment letter, Original JEE Main 2022 admit card, One passport size photograph same as uploaded during the application form fill up, JEE Main 2022 scorecard issued by NTA, Proof of Photo ID by government, Class XII board mark sheet and Category and Medical certificate (if any).

The reshuffling of choices will only be during the choice filling period before these choices are locked. No candidate will be allowed to reorder the choices selected after the specified time period.

Candidates are required to follow the below instructions while entering their choices for the JoSAA 2022 seat allocation:

• Students must fill all the choices in the decreasing order of their preferences
• Candidates must select the academic programmes carefully
• Candidates will be given a 10-day window to fill in their online choices
• Candidates should not wait for the last date to fill their choices. It must be done as soon as possible.
• The candidates will not be allowed to lock or change their choice after the deadline
