Institute of Law, Nirma University has announced admission notification for five-year integrated BA LLB (Hons), BCom LLB (Hons), and one year LLM courses 2023, read here to get the details.

Candidates who applied for CLAT 2023 can apply for BA LLB (Hons), BCom LLB (Hons), and LLM courses at the Institute of Law, Nirma University. The last date to apply is December 17, 2022.

Eligibility criteria to apply for these courses

Following are the eligibility requirement the candidates must have to apply for the BA LLB (Hons), BCom LLB (Hons), and LLM courses at the Institute of Law, Nirma University:

  • The candidate must have passed higher secondary/intermediate examinations (10+2) or their equivalent examinations with not less than 45% marks.
  • Candidates appearing for qualifying exams in May 2023 can also apply for these courses. However, they need to provide the documents as proof during admission.
  • Admissions will be on the basis of CLAT 2023.

"The Institute of Law envisions academic excellence which enables individuals to hone their skills with a sense of social responsibility and leadership. Ethics, value orientation with a keen understanding of contemporary challenges and being the best in one’s capacity is an integral part of the learning environment at the Institute. This foundation is achieved by our undergraduate programmes; which are offered in two streams B.A., LL.B. (Hons.), B.Com., LL. B (Hons.). This five-year integrated programme, spread over ten semesters, is approved by the Bar Council of India," reads the statement by the institute.

The LL. M. (Master of Laws) program at the Institute of Law is a one-year degree program with a specialisation in Constitutional and Administrative Law and Criminal and Security Law. The highlight of this program is the curriculum which is innovative, dynamic and befitting of the needs of the profession, industry and academia. This trimester programme emphasises the enhancement of practical skills and experiential learning in law professionals.
